Sometimes it is life itself that leads you to your next step, your next decision, your next project. We did not pursue real estate, real estate pursued us.

Our professional involvement in the real estate world began more as a favour to some of our loyal guests, who found themselves in desire of acquiring their very own home, firstly on Mykonos island and then in other locations in which we had solid contacts.

At the same time some of our rental properties were also on sale, with the owners asking for our help to best promote their assets. One thing led to another and we found ourselves handling demanding real estate projects in Greece and abroad.
